• *Price varies depending on size of pool and presence of an inline pool cleaner for weekly service. (Robotic cleaners are excluded)
• Specialty chemicals i.e. Algaecide, Stain / Scale preventative are extra and not included in normal weekly chemical services.
• Adding and balancing chemicals, adjusting salt and SWG cells (Maximum of 2 bags of Salt are included in the monthly service)
• Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets as well as pool sweep bag.
• Brushing the walls, seats, steps and vacuuming when necessary.
• Back washing D.E. filters as needed.

Pool water level is responsibility of the homeowner.

Green To Clean 

• Green2Clean Level 1* - Start up Cleaning Level 1 $150 - $250 (Steps and Bottom of Pool can be seen.)  Cleaning fee includes all chemicals, multiple visits until water is balanced and blue.
• Green2Clean Level 2* - Start up Cleaning $250 - $350 (Water is milky blue/green and bottom of pool cannot be seen.) Cleaning fee includes all chemicals, multiple visits until water is balanced and blue.
• Green2Clean Level3* - Start up Cleaning $350 - $450 (Water is Brown or Black and steps and bottom of Pool cannot be seen.)  Cleaning fee includes all chemicals multiple visits until water is balanced and blue.
• Green2Clean Level 4* - This would require a drain and pressure washed and will be quoted on an as needed basis as there are many factors involved to provide a fair and accurate quote.

*Drain waiver - (In rare cases, level 4 pools may need to be excessive bottom sediment and debris accumulation has occurred at which point a drain waiver must be signed before any work is performed.)  In the event of a pool drain, extra charges are involved above and beyond any G2C charge and will be discussed and agreed upon before work is preformed.

*All Green2Cleans do not include black algae treatments.  This is a separate charge as this type of algae is more difficult and requires specific protocols and different chemical algaecides to eliminate.  Once the pool is clear, the black algae will be visible and assessment will be made for treatment recommendations.

Pool Repairs

• $75.00/hr (one hour min) + Parts for major repairs to pumps and equipment.
• Heaters, Diving Board and Slide installations will be billed at $95.00/hr.
